You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet nationwide, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original packaging.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Are the products covered under any warranty?

Yes, Bata Pakistan offers a limited 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
