Pack the Item
Place the unused footwear back into its original Bata box along with the invoice and all original tags still attached.
Ship or Drop-off
Send the package back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service or visit any Bata flagship store for an instant exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item, and upon approval, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
